B. There are outside of the trade-deal elements of legislation that have been obstructed and need support. Infrastructure, wages, Affordable Care Act, etc.

The problem with his legacy won't hold a candle to the problem with that of congress's.

Congressional investigations into the economy have been limited to 2008 to more recent, but should be looking a bit further back. Concerns were leaking* into 2007.
*but it is not about me (Ouch//touche? The anachronism that(or which) is.
[Bottom Line: the economy in crisis link pre-dates the investigations at least, let alone Business Weak(Sp!).]
